程同春，江苏宜兴人，英语语言文学硕士，南京理工大学教授。

大学毕业于南京师范大学外文系，并先后在对外经济贸易大学、南京大学访学。1993年作为国家公派出国访问学者在澳大利亚Dea．kinUniversity学习和研究两年多。1999年获得加拿大国际培训基金会(FIT)资助，在加拿大访学。

长期从事大学英语教学工作。主要研究领域为专门用途英语(ESP)和英汉翻译。已在《中国科技翻译》《外语学刊》《外语研究》等全国外语类核心期刊和杂志上发表学术论文20余篇。已出版英语著作和大学英语教材15部，其中《现代科技英语阅读教程》一书荣获“全国优秀畅销书奖”和“全国高校出版社优秀畅销书二等奖”，《新编国际商务英语函电》被列入普通高等教育“十一五”规划教材，并被评为江苏省精品课程教材和南京理工大学优秀教材。以上两书已多次再版，受到广大读者欢迎与好评。
